Healing is not something we force or chase. It unfolds in its own time, through presence, care, and a return to the wisdom already living in the body. My work is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that wisdom and remember the parts of yourself that may have been forgotten or quieted along the way.
I support individuals who are seeking a deeper relationship with themselves, with spirit, and with life. Whether you are healing from emotional pain, navigating change, or longing to feel more grounded and alive, you do not have to do it alone.

Ancestral limpias
Some days, we may feel like a gray cloud is hanging over us, and we begin to feel unwell without really knowing why or what’s happening within us. We may go to places or gatherings and suddenly feel off—lightheaded, uneasy, or simply not ourselves.
Limpias can help clear and support your nervous system, especially when the burdens you’re carrying begin to show up as warning signs in your physical body.
Sacred Medicine Preparation/Integration
For a meaningful experience, it is important to have time to prepare and to reflect afterward.
Preparation helps you enter the experience with clarity and intention. Afterward, integration allows you to understand what happened — the feelings, the insights, and the information that came through. It supports you in making sense of it, using it in your daily life, and finding a way to live with that experience in a real and grounded way.
